Because our marketplace operates through both direct brand referrals and Shopify Collective fulfillment, return and refund processes vary depending on how your order was placed.

Orders Completed on Partner Brand Websites

If you were redirected from Batten Shop to a partner brand’s website to complete your purchase, that brand is the seller of record. Your order, payment, shipping, and return are governed by that brand’s individual policies.
Please review the return and refund policy on the brand’s website or contact their customer service directly for assistance.

Orders Completed on Batten.shop (via Shopify Collective)

For purchases processed directly on Batten.shop, orders are fulfilled by our brand partners through Shopify Collective. In these cases, each brand sets its own return and refund rules.

  • You’ll find the applicable policy on the product page or in your order confirmation email.

  • If you are unsure which brand fulfilled your order, please email hello@battensafe.com with your order number, and we’ll direct you to the correct partner.
